How long have you been a member at A3 Performance?

1 year and 2 months

Why did you join?

My wife really wanted to try CrossFit and I enrolled just to encourage her and I felt like I had to step up my game. Now I'm a CrossFit addict!

How has being a member at A3 changed your life/lifestyle/level of fitness?

I was never into sports and the only physical thing I ever did was skateboarding. CrossFit made me realize that I can perform a lot better than what my mind made me believe for years and now I know that my body is capable of much more.

What are your short-term goals? To be able to get double unders. LOL. They are my nightmare.

What are your long-term goals?

Keep cleaning up my eating habits. I secretly want to be able to do a weighted Murph next year.

What do you like most about being a member at A3? Our coaches and athletes are very inspiring to me, they Definitely push me every single day to perform better. I'm proud of my A3 family.

What is your favorite movement, exercise or WOD?

Tabata workouts

What is your least favorite movement, exercise or WOD?

I have 2 huge enemies. Doulbe unders and push ups!

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Mexican Food

What is one thing people don't know about you?

I sing and play the guitar.
